Biorhythm Teacher’s Training Course

At Biorhythm we not only help you benefit as a student, but also provide you the opportunity to become a trained instructor with our Biorhythm Teacher’s Training Course. This course is divided under two heads- Traditional yoga and Power yoga.  You are free to choose from either or even both, depending on your preference and prior knowledge of yoga. Let’s get an in-depth look at what these two courses offer.

Traditional Yoga Course: Basic

Absolutely anyone who has the inclination towards yoga can opt for this course. For serious yoga aspirants, this will definitely be a transformative and enriching experience, which as an instructor you can later share with your students.
This course focusses on teaching all the basic asanas in yoga, Pranayama, as well as Yoga Nidra. All the physical yoga asanas right from Surya Namaskars to Shavasana, various breathing techniques/exercises and the psychological aspects of yoga will be covered in detail.

Course Duration: 200 hours

Power Yoga Course:  Advance

Anyone who has been practicing basic yoga can opt for this course. Prior knowledge of yoga is however necessary. With this course we aim to provide aspiring instructors with all the essential skills they will require to mindfully and safely teach Power yoga to their students in the future.

This course focusses on teaching the more dynamic asanas in yoga, dynamic transitions between these asanas, Vinyasa flow techniques, which is basically synchronization between movements and breathing, and also Yoga Therapy which aims at promoting and restoring positive physical and mental health.

Aerial Yoga Training

Duration – 4 Days

This Basic course is perfect for  who wish to review content and deepen their understanding of the technique. Delivered to suit your needs, this course is personalized according to information provided to the participants.

Once you’e “tasted air” in the Hammock, you and your students will be hungry for more moves and new challenges. Using your body weight  teach  to squat , push up  and strengthen your Muscles  in this 4 day Advanced  Course !
Learn new aerial flips, radical stretches and upside down tricks. Teach confidently using clear progressions, special tips and succinct cues while knowing how to incorporate spotting and scanning. Three powerful new lesson plans in this course give you many unique options for challenging yourself and your students.

Restorative is the gentle, healing side of  Biorhythm  aerial Yoga. This powerful method focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. This technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection. Taught in a sequential flow to music, the class incorporates levitating meditations, zero-compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating sivasana. Working from different hammock heights allows for the gentle opening of hips and spine.

It is a child’s inherent nature to laugh, swing, spin, climb, flip and play. When a child plays the spirit soars. This training provides the tools to share this gift of flight with our future generation. (Just Kids!) is a 2-day course, beta tested for 3 years, that is developmentally appropriate for ages 5-10. The teacher training course includes many progressive class designs. .This series has been carefully crafted to include swinging, spinning, stretching, gripping, and inverting – thereby fine-tuning all the kinesthetic and spatial systems of a child’s body. Clear nomenclature supports brain acuity for the child. Trainees will learn new poses and sequences with verbal cueing, games and teaching tips to challenge any child.
