Power Yoga

The name says it all in essence. Power Yoga is a new way of describing a vigorous, modern approach to Vinyasa style yoga. The beauty of Power Yoga is its flexibility! It takes the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of Vinyasa but it gives the teacher the flexibility to teach any pose in any order making every class different.
It's a great way to boost your stamina, strength, flexibility, vitality and eliminate harmful toxins from the body. Power Yoga helps you to increase metabolism, while toning your body too!

Hatha Yoga

Hatha simply refers to the physical practice of yoga postures. The word "hatha" can be translated in two ways ; as 'willful' or 'forceful' or the yoga of activity, and as ''sun' ( ha ) and 'moon' ( tha ) , the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

Senior Citizen Yoga

  • AntiGravity Yoga seems intimidating initially but ones you start practicing it regularly, it’s not as difficult as it seems. There’s a lot of stretching happening throughout the hour long class, especially when you hang upside down. It is a good form of workout to build flexibility and core and upper body strength. Post class you are left feeling energetic and not exhausted.
