This concept is the brainchild of Christopher Harrison, a former choreographer, gymnast and aerial performer. Anti-gravity yoga combines traditional yoga asanas with other exercise forms like Pilates, aerial acrobatics and calisthenics, with the aim of achieving a complete body workout. In anti-gravity yoga, hammock-like suspended gear is used to practice different yoga poses and exercises. These hammocks can support weight of up to 970kgs, so be rest assured, you will be safe.
